Filipino Citizens:

1. Photo and signature on the ID should be clear
2. Proof of billing.

Resident Foreigners:

1. Photo and signature on the ID should be clear
2. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) / Immigrant Certificate of Registration or Business Certificate or Work Permit from DOLE
3. Proof of billing.

Non-Resident Foreigners:

1. Photocopy or scanned copy of a Government – Issued Valid ID Note: Photo and signature on the ID should be clear
2. IDs should be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate where the account holder is located
3. Proof of income certified by the employer
4. Proof of billing.
